If those really are the most graphically intensive games you think you'll be playing, something in the GT 1050 family (4gb mem would be better, there are at least two versions with different memory configs) would be perfect. If you can afford a 1060, that will also allow for medium to high settings on some modern games too.

Well WoW is my main game but i would like to have the option of playing other games on high settings without having to buy a new pc. I had an eye out for a 1060, but ive seen sooo many versions of the 1060 that i cant determine which one to sink my teeth into. Any ideas? Links?

Good deal, is there any particular brand i should go for? Avoid? Or does it matter? Ive seen prices fluctuate between brands and im not sure if there are things to watch for. (I am currently looking into the pricing)

For AMD, I've been very impressed with Sapphire for their build quality. I have a Sapphire R9 390x and it's been great since day one. My buddy has a Sapphire RX 480 and it's also received great build quality reviews.

For Nvidia, (in my opinion) EVGA has some of the best warranties on the market and have been very easy to deal with in that aspect.

I'll second that on EVGA. Solid brand, good warranty, several options at different price points.

Nothing wrong with that card. It will run quiet with a single fan. (My GTX 1060 3 gb runs quiet with single fan setup). The only downside (if it's important to you) is that a single card may now be able to overclock as well as a dual fan setup.
