Question need upgrading advice

so in 7 Months or even less i want to upgrade my pc
my pc have a I5 2400 And a gtx 1050

so i dont know if i should upgrade my cpu to ryzen 5 3600 OR I5 9400F (any of those) but if i do that i have to replace my psu and mobo and even ram

or i should just upgrade to I7 3770 without changing rams mobo and upgrade a gpu to maybe an rx 580 OR 570 OR MAYBE 1060 soo
what should i doo ??

algeria , prices here are kinda high , i also buy from local stores
