need urgent fix

I am facing a problem in turning on my pc as it unexpectedly shut down due to overheat.Now when turning on the power led is ON but fans do not spin nor cpu fan.
PC spec
Processor- Fx8350
Motherboard-gigabyte ga-970a-ds3p

As dumb as it may sound, check everything and make sure it is plugged in properly. Usually if something is partially out such as a RAM stick, it could lead to this issue.

I'm only giving my opinion based off of my experience with something similar to this.

you sure it is not the PSU or the motherboard that failed?

Clear the bios.Breadboard the computer.
Remove components until it starts up. Do not remover processor or beeper though.
Buy a power supply tester.
Test the power supply.
