Need urgent help. And fast.

Please tell me if this is malware. I uninstalled skype along time ago and recently check my task manager and saw it running. When i try to deleted the files it says it needs admin permission (I am admin) and when I try and scan it with windows defender nothing happens.
Anyone can tell me?

Just leftover skype data. If you have win 10 or win 8 it's integrated and doesn't like you trying to delete it.

Thanks, I over reacted I have had a lot of malware on my computer that disguised itself like other programs (Firefox, Google etc.) and thought this might be one of them.
