Need urgent help buying Monitor

I want to buy 27 inch IPS display with Wall mount.
i love to play games on my PC and PS3
i also want Audio out so that i can connect speakers to my monitor.

i m looking at buying

i previously owned aoc v22+

also i have very few options in India. there arent so many models available to choose from.
my budget is 20,000 INR or approx USD 321

i never noticed ghosting etc on my previous monitor.
would i notice it on the LG one?
also i dont know anything about Overdrive on monitors.
I heard lg overdrive is very bad and it induces ghosting and other unwanted stuff?

please help i want to buy monitor ASAP

IPS monitors aren't that great at gaming as the TN panels but there are still fine, most of them have very minor ghosting which is very hard to notice if you aren't really looking for it.

The newer LG IPS monitors are good for gaming due to low input lag.

Also did you consider the ultrawide LG monitors, 2560x1080 resolution with 21:9 ratio instead of 16:9, they are great for productivity and gaming immersion, if you GPU is strong enough you shuold consider it.

i did consider it.. i have GTX 770 2GB AMP edition but 29um65 is available at 482 USD here 🙁

so is 27mp77 good enough?

27mp77 is not a good monitor for that price, it has 5ms response time and it isn't an IPS panel so you get worst of both worlds. I think you should got for 27" AOC monitor, they should be cheapest in your region, also they have lower response time which is good for gaming.

but the link clearly states that it is IPS panel type and 5ms is okay for me
the problem is that AOC overdrive is extremely bad and it causes a lot of problems even if it is turned off.
i dont know about performance of overdrive on LG.

It's a good monitor if you get it for a good price, i have no idea how much they cost in India, you should compare it to others.

LG IPS monitors are good, so you can't go wrong with getting an LG IPS anyway.

It has IPS panel so it's good for watching movies. But is it good for gaming? And yes I m not a hardcore gamer. I just play FIFA , tomb raider , metal Gear solid 5 like games.
