Question Need urgent help to lower the CPU voltage Ryzen 7950X3D

The BIOS version is 1415, but I have repeatedly noticed an increase in voltage above 1.30v. Very important, I have EXPO turned off and the RAM frequency is at 4800MHz

CPU SOC does not exceed 1.1v​

VCORE CPU goes over 1.30v very often (goes up to 1.39v)​

CPU VDDIO / MC - does not exceed 1.1v​

you have two CCDs, one with X3D cache, which should be limited to 1.1v vcore and second CCD which operates with normal vcore voltage as non X3D CPU, that is up to 1.4v

those are mainboard sensors, mainboard can send up to 1.4v to CPU, can you check CPU sensors? those should be showing core vid values lower, around 1.1v
