Need urgent help with gtx 1070 frame drops

accidentally disconnected my PC from the wall socket, but I doubt it could be that if it still works. I also updated to 376.39 but then downgraded back to 376.19 to see if it was the driver, it wasnt. I did an update using MSI Live Update that same night before the incident, but I'm not sure what to do regarding that.

Any insight into the issue would be great as I just got this card and I really dont want to have to replace it already.

By frame drops do you mean that it runs at lower fps constantly in games, or that your fps drops and goes back up a lot?
