Need urgent help!

Hey guys i have a serious problem on my hands that i'm not sure how to solve.
The other day i was loading up a game when my PC restarted on its own.
Upon restart there was just a blue screen that flashed no signal across.

I'm using the rampage 3 extreme with an evga gtx 570 for the GPU, and an i7-950 for the CPU, as well as an AX1200 for the PSU. Memory is Dominator 6gb.
On the rampage 3 extreme there are like 4 LED's on the right side with DRAM, VGA, BOOTDRIVE, and something else.
When i boot up, the DRAM light goes on, then goes off, the light then goes up to VGA. It stays on, constant red. Then a red light on bootdrive that goes off as well.

I am not sure whether this is a motherboard problem or a VGA problem.

There are no beeps, and the fan on the Graphics card comes on when i turn on the PC.

Things ive tried thus far:
Clearing CMOS.
Reseating Graphics Card.
Booting with 1 stick of ram.
Trying out all different sticks of ram.
Placing graphics card in different pci slot.

This is my only build so i don't have any other places to test out the card, or another PSU.

I'm talking with EVGA atm and they say it might be motherboard related.
but the fact that the VGA light is on is leading me to believe that it is the graphics card.

Any input?

it could be motherboard related, but the activity leads to gpu, because you would most likely see something else would it be mobo related, blue screen could be a hint to gpu, i also assume you dont have onboard video or you would have tried that already.

best bet is go to a friends or somewhere where they can give the gpu a shot. that will save you time dealing with evga when it might not be the mobo if it is the gpu

Or you can go get a cheap video card someplace else and use that for a tester for all your future video woes. That will solve most of your problems right there.
