Hello all, let me get straight to the point.
My PSU is an EVGA Supernova 750w G2 80 Plus Gold.
My GPU is an MSI R9 390.
I installed my GPU looked for the correct VGA cables in the PSU box. The GPU takes an 8 pin followed by a 6 pin, and obviously another 8 pin is needed for the connection to the PSU. However, all that was in my PSU box was an 8 pin connector with a 6+2, another 8 pin connector with a 6+2 and yes... another 8 pin connector with a 6+2. In total it came with 4 of these.. I need a cable with one 8 pin and 6 pin for the GPU and an 8 pin long enough to reach my PSU from the GPU. I have no idea what to do now and I don't know where to get an adapter! I searched online but I can't find any. All help is appreciated!
Also, my GPU came with a short cable that has 8 pins on one end, which are smaller than the 6 pins on the other end. Is there any way I can make these work?? I'm clueless.
Thanks!
