Need Visual Diagnosis of a possible problem with BIOS chip on Asus MOBO...

My mobo's BIOS chip-set area has an 8-pin chip with what looks like a "Burnt" or "shorted out" speck... but when you look closely, it jst looks like wax was dripped on it? is this normal for asus mobos or no? pls help...

All it is CL8N2DO,

Is a marker put on a chip for the solder leg where through manual or visual inspection where there is a potential weak, or improper solder joint.

and it is touched by a manual solderer as part of quality control testing.
There`s nothing more to it, the board is wave floated over a solder tin bath.
Then manually checked by a worker as said doing touch up work to the board before it is packaged, and shipped as part of QC.
