Need windows 10 drivers for Toshiba XC280415Q

toshiba windows 10 display drivers for xc280415q
I purchased a new monitor which recommends display settings of 1920/1024
This laptop in settings does not show these settings. On this website when I put in the serial number it asks for the operating system. It does not show windows 10 as an option.

What other drivers are available? You can try installing Win7 driver (or even Vista), but even then, 1920x1024 is quite strange resolution.
