Need Windows 10 People app files

Hello Everyone,
my PC wasn't running well so I installed a new copy of windows 10 by resetting my PC. Now my peoples app isn't working, even i tried reinstalling all apps using PowerShell.
So please give me the Peoples app file from C:\Program Files\WindowsApp and then i will try re-installing all apps.

have you tried running an update for all the windows apps thought the windows store?

Open the windows store app, Make sure you are signed in (there should be a head silhouette or your avatar next to the search box if you are signed in)

click on your avatar/silhouette and click on downloads and updates, then check for updates.
