NEED YOUR ADVICE on GPU USAGE SPIKES!!!

After upgrading to the catalyst 13.11b8 drivers my GPU usage has started looking like this:

Funny thing is, I don't notice any changes in the graphics card fan speed, temps, sound it even overclocks perfectly and seems to be stable. Could it be that GPU-z and Afterburner are showing inaccuracies compared to CCC?

What GPU are you using? Did you have this problem prior to upgrading to the beta drivers? Generally you shouldn't bother with the beta drivers unless you have a newly released card and AMD had to rush out an important update to configure them.
