Need your advice

i have ausus m2n-mx mobo which has 16x pci express slot , pci express 1.0
i'm planning to upgrade my graphic card to 9800gt..which requires 2.0 compliant mobo .
will my mobo run this card or should i change my mobo also?
specs;
processor:amd athlon 64 x2 dualcore 3800
ram:1.5 gb
powersupply:400w

U may want 2 upgrade the config as well......ur card will bottleneck with that config....The card has support for pci 2.0 not that it wont work on 1.0....considering urs is a micro-atx mobo.....the bigger ques is how u will fit the card in?????

you'll have to check with asus

if the slot is 1.1 compliant you will be fine, likely the situation
if the slot is 1.0 then it will not work
