need your advices freezing system

Hello all

I'm having a weird issue with a system i5 cpu with an asrock motherboard windows 7

the system from time to time is freezing and unresponsive ... and I can see after a while that I lost the network yellow exclamation mark I can do a ctrl+alt delete but it take for ever to appear
not sure if the mobo or os is on cause on this ?

I check the temp and it was a but high on my opinion 90 deg cel..

I re seat the cpu with new thermal paste it seem to be lower but it still freezing.

the asroc is the z87 pro 3 what do you think ?

I notice that the computer freeze up when I use browser not if I playing a game like world of Warcraft.
