as you know amd r9 290x doesnt include vga port and i'v bought new sasmung monitor that only supports vga (by mistake) 🙁 so i'm wondering if there is any solution for this problem

You can use a DVI to VGA adapter. Most of the times, one is supplied with your gpu accessories but they are pretty cheap to get.
