Its a black and white build, and im quite on a tight budget. Is this Build enough for starter? Would appreciate any replies or opinions

Green disks are slow, not really suited for OS.
Tecware m3 White, not very good for cooling.

Does it need to be MATX? This is my go to for a budget case with good cooling and it comes in White/Black for your theme.

Just wondering what is the overall budget for this system?

Also if available, the 1600 AF performs very close to the 2600 and can usually be found for significantly cheaper ($85 USD).
