also depends on the specs of your computer, if you have a dual core with a 300w psu it's not going to handle a 980 ti

honestly it depends on your budget..

if you can afford a 980 Ti go for it, only if you cannot find a 1070 though. the 980 Ti and the 1070 is pretty much the same in terms of performance right now, but the 1070 will get performance boost when more driver updates are released.

No problem, you can go for the 980 ti. Its a great card, not sure how prices work in your area but if you can wait for the 1070 to drop down to normal price i would recommend you to do that. Unless if it wont.
