Hello everyone,

I just registered on this forum to ask a question to every of you as you seem expert in this field.
I do multiple things on computer but knows nothing about RAM.

Here is my benchmark: https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/42960118

My laptop is a MSI GT73VR 6RF.

--

You can see in the benchmark link that my RAM is said to be working at only 30th percentile and my HDD at 17th percentile.

I would like to know if you know any things that can cause this slow reading/write speed on my HDD (never replaced it or touched it as its inside a laptop) but especially:

Is my RAM working correctly or not ?

Here are reports from CPU Z and HWINFO:

So basically, is my RAM working correctly ?
As it says in the benchmark I need to enable XMP, do I really need ?

If you need any other information let me know.

Thanks a lot

Solution
Thanks for answering. So according to you, my RAM is working correctly ?
Why does it say to check if I have XMP enabled then ?
yes
because it userbenchmark. sometime it kind of useless

unparked cores is about your cpu, not ram

the only time I suggest people to use userbenchmark is when they can't tell what hardware they have

Also in CPU Z, I can see something called "Unparked core". Doesn't it mean that RAM is not working as its intended speed ?

It's working correctly. But it can work faster.
Intel CM236 chipset supports memory overclocking.

Please show screenshot from CPU-Z - SPD section.

Thanks for your message.

Please see, it shows nothing:

There are 4 slots. Tried them all it shows nothing.
Maybe I did to do something to see these ?

If your bios allows you to enable xmp do it.
Rerun the benchmark.
