Need your recommendations for my first PC Build

Well. I'm building my first PC for my girlfriend.
I just need your recommendations about it

The PC will be use on more like a home theater / mild gaming and for office use, so a dedicated graphics card is optional
and she will store a large number of movies so a large hard drive is needed
If you can give me a list of the parts then that would be cool
I'm on a tight budget like 500-650 dollars

By mild gaming, do you mean Bejeweled or 1 hour BF4 per week?
