Question Needed path for updating BIOS on B450 AORUS PRO WIFI for Ryzen 5 5600G

I'm currently using a Ryzen 7 2700 on a B450 AORUS PRO WIFI motherboard with F30 BIOS. I was told elsewhere that I can just go from F32 to F64a (the most current) without any other steps.
Does that seem accurate? All the other research and questioning I've done online seems to say there are more steps I need to take.

Look at special instructions for f40. Do that first, then f40, then f50, then newest.

I have the same board and that's how I did it for each of mine. Had no problems with this method

No, you cannot go directly from F32 to F64.

There is no 'questioning' to be done.
You follow the manufacturers steps exactly.

I was unclear if the EC FW Update Tool note was relevant since I'm trying to upgrade to Gen 4, skipping Gen 3 which is what it specifically mentions. I shall take your word for it though.
