Needing advice on this secondhand system!

Hey! I've found this computer second hand for 450 aud. It all looks quite good, the only part I'm worried about is the CPU? i basically only want it for online games like WOW and FF14.
The specs are as follows:

Cpu: Intel i5 760 @ 3.5ghz
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-P55A-UD3- USB 3.0 model.
Ram: 8gb corsair DDR3 @ 1600 mhz
Gpu: EVGA gtx 750 ti OC EDITION
Psu: 550 watt- corsair vs550 80+ gold
Ssd: Samsung 850 evo - 120gb
Hdd: 1 tb western digital

Like i said the cpu is my biggest worry, any help would be much appreciated, Thanks!

That's a mediocre price for an entry level system, an i3 750ti PC new would cost about $600, and this has an SSD plus a copy of windows.
However, I'd ask him to bring the price down to $400, you can haggle that down a bit, also since the parts are used.
For 1080p this rig is fine.

Thanks for your help! from what i have read this CPU is quite outdated, do you know much about it?

Yeah, it's the first generation intel i5, there won't be a bottleneck with that graphics card though.
