Needing help I can't fix this issue I've contacted support from HP but it doesn't help

My PC had a bios update I started it it will write a new bios image verify it the complete but after it restarts it does it all over again and it's stuck in a loop how do I fix this ?...I just got this PC 3 days ago.... PLEASE HELP

Can you tell us what method did you use to Update your Bios?(USB flash BIOS or Setup Bios Frimware on Windows?)
Can you list us all your System specs you have currently installed?
Try to perform a Bios Reset and see if the Loop would Disappear.
