Needing help which board to buy

hey Guys i have a 4930k i7 processor that i am going to be putting into my new rig. I am looking for a motherboard and between 2 boards at this point. I have a haf 912 case so i cannot use any of the extended atx board like the Asus Rampage Black (which i would get if it would fit in the case) and no i do not want to get a new case. So with those options out I am looking at either the Asus Sabertooth or the Rampage Gene. Looking at both I do not know which one I should go with so i am hoping someone with a bit more knowledge about these boards can help me out. If there is another board you think i should get let me know and why if you do not mind. I work from home/game/and have a youtube channel and might start streaming at some point. I am going to be putting a h100i cooler on it as well. Please no flaming just needing someone with more knowledge then i have to help me decide.

You could buy a bigger case. The Haf 912 is what I would consider a entry level case at best. If you got the loot for a Rampage black then spend the extra cash to showcase it. If not then either of the boards you mentioned would be fine. The Asus MAXIMUS VI HERO is also a really nice board you might want to look at.

Facepalm the maximus hero isnt compatible with the 4930k. Plus he said he didnt want to get a new case.

Ok so both rampage and sabertooth are great boards. It comes down to personal preference of color scheme I guess.

Is there something about one or the other that you would choose it over the other

The only reason why I would personally get the rampage over sabertooth is the aesthetics. You can't go wrong with any of them honestly.
