Hi..Ive got a dumb question..how do I really know if these vid cards are refurbished or used? How do I know if the company that built them is still even in business? E.G. BFG at Tiger Direct shows a "page not found" web page.

Try buying from a good reseller who gives a good description. Most places do list if a card is used or new. Newegg.com is reputable.
