NEO 875p FISR Constant clicking from M-Board Speaker

When I boot up, there is a continually clicking from the speaker, and
the keyboard and mouse do not work. I disconnect the keyboard/mouse,
and the clicking stops. I try other keyboards/mice, but all do the
same (tested them with other computers and they work fine). The
clicking occurs in POST, and when booting in XP (on SATA 120Gb drive).
I've even disconnect the hard drive/cdrom, and the clicking occurs.
I've tried a USB keyboard and mouse and still clicking! but remove
them and no clicking.

I'm completeley stuck!

Is the motherboard (2 weeks old) stuffed?

The motherboard was faulty, I've managed to get a replacement.
