Iam using Nero6 to encode and burn movies to DVDs.

I have finally got it all working.

But the encoding part takes about 3 hours for some movies and the subsequent
burning takes only about 15 min / movie.

Is it possible to queue the encoding process for, say, three movies and save
the separate encodings to image files for later burning to three DVDs?

I can do this for one movie but I cannot figure out how to queue them. My
idea is to set this up so the computer can work overnight.

Please help, Frank

After encoding, tell it to create an image file on your hard drive. Then do
the next movie and do the same thing, as many as you want.

Thanks, but I need to queue the movies BEFORE encoding because it is this
encoding that takes the time.
That is, I need to arrange several projects, one per movie, in a queue so
that the computer can encode them one after the other, so that I can burn
each one the next morning.
Regards, Frank

but I think I could help you with that issue.. I hope, I'll have time
tommorow to try the solution.

Thank you. The part I refer to is the "Creating Menus and Transcoding
Streams" which takes a very long time to perform.

I believe TMPGEnc will batch encode.

Sorry, I can't help you. I thougt it's possible to do something like that,
but on the other hand, I spent 2 hours trying to find a solution without
success.
