Hey guys .
I got a problem with my internet it cuts every minute i called the ISP and they said its not from their part neither from mine because i switched from my Thomson router to TP-Link Archer D2 new one, and i still get the cut i ran a diagnose test with the router and i got this (Network Connection Status Inspect (NCSI) fail) if you have any information or idea how can i fix it, that would be great thanks.

Well if the Thomson router was working okay and the problem started with the TP-Link then the TP-Link router could be defective.

Just because the TP0Link router is new does not mean that it is all good. Or that router may just be more "sensitive" to some other existing problem. Or some required configuration setting was overlooked.

Double check all connections. Especially going to and from the router.

Try other known working cables and ports. Verify the existing configuration settings. Easy to miss something or have a typo.

Can you put the Thomson router back into service? That would be a good way to determine if the problem source is the new router.

Run the network troubleshooter to see if that helps.

Otherwise, from this...

Otherwise, from this link:

Try the following:

12. Network Connection Status Indicator
Network Connection Status Indicator (NCSI) detects Internet connectivity and corporate network connectivity status. NCSI sends a DNS request and HTTP query to http://www.msftconnecttest.com/connecttest.txt to determine if the device can communicate with the Internet. For more info about NCSI, see The Network Connection Status Icon.
In versions of Windows 10 prior to Windows 10, version 1607 and Windows Server 2016, the URL was http://www.msftncsi.com.
You can turn off NCSI through Group Policy:
Enable the Group Policy: Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > System > Internet Communication Management > Internet Communication Settings > Turn off Windows Network Connectivity Status Indicator active tests
Note
After you apply this policy, you must restart the device for the policy setting to take effect.

Take a look at your "ipconfig /all" results. See if the results are what is expected with respect to your network.
