Question .Net Desktop Runtime Problem

In the last week I tried to open Intel Driver & Support Assistant and got this message.

You must install .NET Desktop Runtime to run this program
Architecture: x86
App host version: 8.0.14

The link doesn't work I tried to install and nothing changes.

Any help would be great.

download and install .NET Desktop Runtime 8.0.15 (x64)

I just did this and the same message came up but this time it asked for 8.0.14 and I did this and I still the same message.

Uninstall .NET runtime, uninstall INTEL driver, reboot PC, then reinstall .NET 8.0.15 and INTEL driver again

Well did all this and problem still remains.

What we figured out after trying multi able fixes that something was seriously wrong
with Windows 11. To correct the problem we did a fresh install. So far everything is working good.
