net framework 3.0 can't find required files

Net framework can't find required files and i have tried enabling windows net framework 3.0 feature and click okay however when i do it also tell me to download so i accept and let it do it's thing for 2 minute's or so and then crashes and says that it can't find required files, however this is kinda disappointing seeing as how the net framework 4.0 feature seems to work with no flaws whats so ever so why the hell won't 3.0 enable???????????? 😡 this is so annoying it doesn't seem to matter what i try.

I think your net framework is corrupted, or the place where it was installed was moved. try downloading a netframework remover tool, and do a fresh install of net framework .Also try manually downloading the full version of net frame work

I had try downloading it from Microsoft and installing it that way it didn't work i physically looked for the files everywhere they wern't even on the computer there was no history anywhere of it i reset my computer again and it works now but now i keep having i minimizing problem.... i minimize one screen to look at another and the screen that was open before starts to close but leaves a huge square in the center of everything that wont go away i'm starting to get really pissed off at Microsoft programming capability. THIS IS SO DUMB EVER SINCE I HAVE UPGRADED FROM 7 TO 10 I HAVE REST MY COMPUTER 7 DAMN TIMES BECAUSE ONE THING OR AN OTHER GOES WRONG... GET YOUR CRAP IN ORDER MICROSOFT...... So far since upgrading to windows 10, first time temp problems with pc, second time corrupted ISO FROM MICROSOFT, third time Temp problems again, 4 gpu problems, 5th c++ compatibility issues,6th Net framework, 7 now screens DON'T minimize properly and you can't tell me it's my computer because ALL hdd/ssd have been erased with 0,1,1,0,0,1,0,1,1,0,1,0,0 Five times each took 6 days to complete and all components have test Great to perfect running conditions twice so there's no way my computer is causing windows 10 to fuck up.... WHY THE HELL WON"T WINDOWS INSTALL CORRECTLY I'm DOING EVERYTHING EXACTLY AS MICROSOFT SAYS TO... My roommate who's a computer programmer has no explanation as to why it refuses to install correctly he himself has tried twice and still can't get anything.
