Net framework 3.5 is impossible to install!!!! TRIED EVERYTHING!!!!!

Hi all.

My laptop simply refuses to install net framework 3.5. I'm really pissed off at this point.

i've tried uninstalling those kb........ updates, tried doing that enabled thing in the group policy options, tried putting a load of stuff into the command prompt, i have internet, tried installing it in all of the different ways (exept the windows installation media method, as i do not have any windows instal media), and tried doing it in safe mode. it's really getting to me now. someone please help. Thank you

Yes. I've tried all of the solutions i've seen suggested.
