Question .net framework not working

Hi.I have a lot of issues with .net framework.I reinstalled windows 2 times and i have tried to replace files.I have tried over 15 videos on youtube...Anything can repair my pc....When i try to enable it it says that all is ok but he doesnt enable anything. It remains disabled

Are you on latest version of Win 10? I noticed last week there was an update for .net versions 3.5 & 4.8

how do you know it's disabled? are apps complaining about it?

Yes...Apss says .net isnt installed...i updated windows today...
