So i have had this error after windows automatically updating which is really annoying. And, i can not start applications that need Fnet Framework like Razer Synapse. I just recently formated my pc and had no errors after downloading all necessary drivers and also did multiple resarts and nothing was wrong, untill windows decided to auto update and somehow i do not have the ability to download fnet framework since is says i already have it, and can not uninstall it since i cant find it and also cant find it in Msconfig services.
