Net Framework is used to open and manipulate .NET files. It is not a popular
programming languages, so you won't seen very many around. Unless you
operate .NET programs don't update Framework, it expands the already
overloaded overhead of XP.

Any programs that use it won't run anymore. There will be more and more
such programs.
