broadcast message from their workstation to entire domain using /domain and *
option, not all of client machines receive the message.

how do i ensure that each and every client will rcv the broadcast?

Make sure the Windows Messenger Service is enabled on all WinXP platforms. WinXP SP2
disables this functionality.

Hi David,

all the client pcs are running sp1 with messenger service running.
my guess is only those client pcs connected to the same domain controller as
the operator pc will receive the broadcast message. please advice.
if this is true, how to send broadcast to the rest of the machines??
