Netbook acer aspire one 10.5'' version upgrade decision

Hi everyone, should i upgrade my netbook acer aspire one with a new SSD 120 GB and 4GB of RAM ?
The one has 2 GB of ram, Intel Atom N550, and it runs windows seven. Performance it's not well enough for me (browsing and videos with delay, using just chrome and VLC), but my seriously doubt is if i will notice the difference with that CFG or if i should buy that and get a new one. Maybe i will bottleneck the atom, i don't know..

Depending on the exact model you have, many of these can only hold 2gb ram.
While an SSD will start faster & load programs quicker, it will not help with your browsing or video speed/delays.

Indeed better off buying a tablet for browsing than putting in $100+ on ssd and ram.
