Netbook + Ipad = awesome windows 8 tablet?

Ok so i have to get a ipad for school OH THE HORROR


But i want to do this

then install windows 8 then make it output to the ipad (so the ipad is the screen of the computer (netbook)(hopefully with touch working) and then make a sort of case for the ipad (which will be bulky) and have the netbook in the case plugged into the ipad so its basically a ipad running windows 8 with 4gbs of ra XD

SO PLEASE TELL ME HOW I CAN DO THIS NOT HOW I CANNOT AND DO NO ONE TELL ME TO JUST GET A IPAD

If your intent is to get a netbook to output video to an iPad AND get the touch interface to work on the iPad with the netbook I don't think it can be done.

And why do you need to get an iPad for school?

And what did they do for the upgrade, ram/CPU/HD? I can tell you I am not going to read through that whole thing to find obscure information on specifics as it's just a bunch of random "Where did you find X" and "How did you do that" from a quick glance.

Honestly your better off with a cheap laptop with a full size keyboard and good battery life for school. This is from my experience and the experience of everyone I know. Tablets and touchscreen just suck when it comes to taking notes and for anything other than media consumption. You just can't replace a good laptop setup where you can write notes and have it auto sync (google docs/drive, dropbox, skydrive, etc) and look up additional info on the internet all during lecture and copy and paste links info from websites right into notes or from your ebook.

Trust me I tried to justify a Asus Transformer in the past and it was hard to justify when there was just better options from a regular laptop. Which BTW this is the type of tablet which has an optional keyboard. The other option is the MS Surface which comes with Office, if you just wanted a tablet for some type of media consumption while still having laptop functionality for taking notes just get the MS Surface with a keyboard and call it a day.

Other option besides those are to just get a laptop with a touchscreen even if it doesnt have Win 8 you can upgrade cheaply, it most likely won't have win 7 starter so as long as it's home or pro you can upgrade to win 8 pro for I think it's $15.
