Question NETFLIX and other websites causing a fuzzy display issue

Whenever I open up netflix my screen becomes fuzzy. It sometimes happens when opening amazon prime tv also. Anyone know if there's a fix for this?
My monitor is 144hz if that helps. However my second mointor (which is 60hz) stays normal.

Mind sharing your system's specs? Have you tried uninstalling your GPU drivers with DDU and reinstalling it? If the issue is only on streaming services, the issue might be compounded to them. You might want to see if the issue compounds to other apps or games.

16gb ddr4 ram
rtx 2060

I play games without any issues. Just streaming services it seems. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the gpu drivers but nothing's changed.
