Question Netflix through VPN

I have this simple question:

Can I access netflix's US catalog from any other country by using a US based VPN provider?
Would this work or I'd still limited to my local catalog due my billing info?
Have anyone tried?

For me I had to get a code from my VPN in order for Netflix to work. It saw me within my geographical location as always.

Watching streams through a weak VPN is bad and sluggish, watching through a good one is considerably expensive.

If you want to access US netflix from abroad, you need an american account. So if you have paypal or any other form of payment method available, create an account (using the vpn) and make sure to connect from the same region everytime.
Another thing to note is you need a premium vpn service. There are many providers out there that do not work but claim they do. I'd suggest ExpressVPN or PureVPN, otherwise Netflix may detect that you are trying to bypass.

I have bought this ugly looking box called streamlocator but it does the job fabulously. Its literally plug and play.

Haven't tried it. Though I think it should work normally. However, it may identify your country on the basis of currency you make your payment in.
