Hi

My ME102 has been working fine for some months, but two weeks ago it became
more and more unstable transmitting and receiving data. Now it has stopped
working completely. My WG511 just keeps on scanning. I am also unable to
connect to the access point through usb - connection. My windows XP simply
says that it does not recognize the USB - device and that's it. Neither does
the SNMP - manager recognize the me102. So I cannot upgrade the firmware
untill I get in contact with the access point.

How do I get in contact with me102 again?

Thanks for any help

Poul

I had a ME102 that gradually died, it turned out that the power pack
supplied was underrated, causing the voltage to drop. I proved this by
buying a good universal power supply (with 1200mA rating) and using it
instead. The ME102 worked like a charm. I contacted Netgear and they
eventually sent me a brand new ME102, the power pack with the new one
was of a higher rating and has worked without a hitch for some time
now.
