Question Netgear C6250 Resets internet randomly

We have spectrum internet amd we got this model with an extender to fix the terrible wifi signal in our condo.
(I think theres a lot of steel and concrete)
Anyway, the signal is better thansits ever been, but the internet will disconnect from what ever device Im using and reconnect within 2-3 mins, work for 10 mins or an hour and do the same thing.

We've talked to spectrum and they seem to think its something in the router.
The old modem was terrible, but it didnt drop connection like this.

Any help is greatly appreciated !

You are going to need to do more detective work. Do all devices (wired and wireless) drop? What do the LEDs on the router show? What about the LEDs on the modem ?

All the lights stay on. I thought that was strange.

Thanks for the help. I ended up getting a linksys mesh network and its amazing.
