How To NETGEAR NAS R104 - ID AND PASSWORD ISSUES

Since I bought this used NAS I cannot change the admin password this let me lost ol the permissions to enter the folders. Every time i try i have to do a OS reinstall on NAS. On the contrary i cand edit ID user and Password (netgear system requires always an user id ad Admin)
how can I do without moving all the tera files outside to configure NAS from zero ( what a waste of time!!)

I dont think we can help you admins wont let us discuss passwords. Your better off asking somewhere else sorry 🙁

Forum rules specifically preclude assistance with passwords.

This is the sort of thing you should have worked out before copying all that data to it.
