Hello, cAN;T REASD MY GRANDDAUGHTER'S WRITTING AND CAN'T GET ONTO INTERNET. IS THERE ANYWAY I CAN RESET THE PASSWORD... OR ELIMINATE IT?????

press and hold the recessed reset button on the back of the device. hold for at least 10 seconds and release. the username will be reset to "admin" and the password will be "password" or "1234"
