Solution digitaldoc Aug 13, 2014 Some things to check: 1- Try a different Ethernet cable, preferably the shortest one that connects the computer to the router. 2- Make sure latest firmware (link below). http://www.netgear.com/home/products/networking/wifi-routers/R7000.aspx#tab-support If neither of these work, this is a recent router, and I would contact Netgear for support.
