I have a Netgear D7000 that has the most current firmware installed and recently about every 24 hours the internet is not available but the router stays connected to my ISP and the Router says it has a good internet connection. Restarting always restores internet availability. The Router log shows some DOS Attack: but not a lot of different IP Addresses. I also checked router for settings on blocking services and it is all shut off.
Any ideas on what might be causing the router to shutoff Internet Services both wired and wireless. Would a router replacement solve issue? Any help would greatly appreciated.

Sounds like the Dos (Denial of Service) attack is knocking your router offline. Try to block those IPs of have your ISP try to block. Your ISP may also have other solutions like giving you another IP address. Appears the flood attack is overwhelming the router.
