NETGEAR W311T Issues...

I finally got Win7 up and running, however, I can't get the internet up and running. It recognizes the adapter, but the Smart Wizard won't open. I've tried a few different compatibility settings and nothing. The little load icon circles around the pointer for two seconds then stops, and nothing.

What's going on? Is it something I can fix, or should I look into a different network card?

Solution
Which version of windows 7 is it? 64 or 32 bit?

I have the same adapter and don't bother using the smart wizard i just use windows built in zero-config wireless networking (click in the wifi icon in the system tray).

Netgear generally have poor 64bit support - when i looked, there was a 64bit driver but NOT 64bit versions of the smart wizard / config software.
Have you tried download the drivers for your network drive using another computer? Should be a simple matter of copying the driver installer to your Win7 computer and installing it.
