Netgear WNDA3100v2 keeps disconnecting

Basically I have to unplug and plug it back in to make my internet work for 2 minutes, then do it again. I googled about the problem and it's so common, I know it's not my internet, I already went to change the power saving settings (I unticked allow windows to save power by turning this device off or whatever). It's really annoying, I even tried my phones internet and it did the same thing... my mom has a really basic wifi adapter which was like 6 times cheaper and it works just fine...

Wired connection really isn't an option, as I have a ZTE MF93D 4g mobile hotspot, It is possible to connect it with usb and use wired connection but the signal is really low in my room for some reason. I really want to get it fixed.
Also it's a usb wifi adapter, I forgot to add that when I rewrote this lol.

Update the firmware of the router and your PC's wireless adapter if you haven't already.
Do this while connected to the router through the ethernet cable not wirelessly.

He is not using a normal router, he is using a cellular hotspot router
