I've been getting a bluescreen called NETIO.SYS and from what I've looked into about it, its a driver issue and most people can resolve it by uninstalling AMD software. However my PC is Nvidia and I have none of that software. Is there anyone who knows how to resolve this issue?http:// Here is the dump file. I'm running on windows 10.

I have also tried sfc.exe /scannow and made sure my network drivers were updated.

Solution
you would have to provide the actual memory dump file from c:\windows\minidump directory.
copy it to a server like microsoft onedrive, share the file as public and post a link.

Otherwise netio.sys is part of windows network drivers. You would update your motherboard network driver.
(it could be your wired lan driver, your bluetooth driver, or a wireless ethernet driver.

I had tried to update the drivers from device manager, and they were up to date but installing drivers directly from ASUS seemed to do the trick!

It is not very clear but the device manager update only checks for updates for microsoft provided drivers and the ones installed on your device. The motherboard vendors drivers are not checked, you have to use their installer. Some vendors give the drivers to microsoft but some do not so you always have to check by both methods.
