Netnucleus malware =(

so i found that i have this virus called net nucleus and i'm unsure how to remove it. any idea or pointers? basically what happens is while serving the net on firefox i'll occasionally get a popup for some france tour guide. i'll close it and thats it. i've tried removeing the virus with mcaffee but its not working

1. Download TDSSKiller, and execute it, make sure it skips any files it has set itself to skip, and make sure it removes any malicious files it detects.

2. Remove/disable all add-ons you have on your browsers.

3. Download MalwareBytes Anti-Malware or SUPERAntiSpyware, and try to remove it. If it wants you to restart your computer to removing it, do it.

4. Download SpywareBlaster and immunize.
