Hi all.
So i've been using this commands on a .bat file to create a wifi network so i can share my LAN internet all over the house.

netsh wlan set hostednetwork mode=allow ssid=wifiname key=wifipassword

netsh wlan start hostednetwork

And it worked like a charm. My phone can connect and use the internet, same with my brother's pc.
But my sister's one nope. She can connect to the wifi but can't load anything, She inmediately gets the message:
DNS_PROBE_STARTED
On google chrome.

So i started messing up with it trying to fix it.
Then i started messing up with the wifi network that i created.
Ended up (don't remember why) trying to change the IP and DNS addresses that the .bat file created for it (the netsh commands) from "Use this IP" to "Obtain an IP address automatically", and same with the DNS address.
I don't remember what was the IP that was in there before i changed it.
But there was already something, by default, or created by the netsh commands, i guess.

Well, since there, my sister still couldn't use the internet. Neither could i.
So now, it didn't work with anyone, no one could use the internet, just connect to the network.
But the LAN connection is still working, i didn't mess up with anything related to it.

Tried using netsh winsock reset but nothing.

So now, i think i have to return the IP that the netsh commands created for the wifi network.
But i don't remember which one it was...i don't even know if it was created randomly, but since a lot of resets, and turning it the wi fi on and off, it still doesn't create another IP or anything.

So i guess there's a right IP, and a right DNS address for it. Not something that gets randomly created.

Well, i have no idea honestly, any clues? Should i re install the whole wifi driver?

Nevermind.
I tried Virtual Router Manager 1.0, and tried to create a wi fi network with a different name.
It worked this time.

Now, how do i delete the post? ...
Sorry, but thanks anyway.
